Are you also dealing with positive and negative thoughts?
The answer is: Yes, I do.
I work all the time with the engine in us, that leads to positive thoughts and so to positive actions.
Negative thoughts we catch from others or experiences we had in childhood or even before birth or short time ago.
We love to stay in self-pity instead in self-esteem.
How do you stop negative thoughts?
Stop complaining.
Stop blaming other persons and yourself.
Stop critizising.
Complaining closes the Heart chakra which is responsible for relationship.
Give yourself 3 acknowledgements every day, every morning.
Give the people around you 3 acknowledgements for what they did.
Focus on good things in life, because there are a lot.
And smile ![]()
then the universe is smiling back.
